Is your computer running slow? Are your emails not sending? Or maybe you’re having issues with a smart device? I’m Steven, the owner and sole operator of Virtual Tech Support, and I’m here to help.
I bring over 8 years of hands-on experience to the table — starting with 4 years providing tech support during my time in the Army, followed by another 4 years working as a computer technician in the civilian world. On top of running this business independently, I also work under another established tech company, allowing me to stay sharp and up to date with the latest technology and troubleshooting methods.
I know how frustrating tech issues can be, which is why I focus on fast response times, clear communication, and simple solutions that work. I offer remote desktop assistance so you can get help no matter where you are — and best of all, my services are affordable and personal, with no expensive service plans required.
